All IVY&GUS. products are designed to be with you for years. To guarantee the quality, if anything goes amiss with appropriate usage within two years of purchase, please get in touch and I will repair or replace it.

Returns

100% refund/ replacement will be provided for any faulty item only. This must be notified of within 10 days of receiving your piece.

If your item is also not to your liking, I am happy to work with you to try and arrange a more desirable outcome.

Customised/Personalised

Please be cautious when choosing your sizing or customisation requests as these orders are not standard stock and as such cannot be returned.
